A trade show should be more than just a shop front for a company to display their wares.  It should bring together the different customers and suppliers for a given industry and provide them with the opportunities to strengthen existing relationship, make new ones, and provide multiple avenues to exploit new commercial opportunities up and down the Supply Chain.

How will AMO2008 achieve this for Exhibitors?

As an exhibitor, you won’t just get your display space – you’ll also get access to two informal networking receptions; a formal B2B networking session with up to eight one-on-one meetings with Airlines from all over the Americas; help in promoting your presence with personally branded e-flyers which we produce on your behalf.  All this is included in the basic price of $2,950 per 10’x10’ booth space – there are no hidden extras.

Won’t the big suppliers dominate the show?

Everything at AMO2008, from choice of exhibition space to selecting the airlines you wish to meet in the B2B session, is done on a first come first served basis.  No single company (or ‘elite’ group of companies) will be given preferential treatment or be allowed to dominate.  Each of you is equally important to us and we structure the show to reflect that.

I’m already well introduced to the market – why should I bother attending?

If you’re well known with plenty of good contacts in the industry then you’re obviously doing something right, but at every show we have hosted, exhibitors walk away with new orders. That business was previously going somewhere else – it might even have been yours.  Attendance at an event like AMO is not just about winning new business, it’s also about fortifying existing revenue streams and protecting your interests in the market place.
